How it all started
Arquimedes Zamora Tsuchia, the man behind this excellent restaurant, is my grandfather, he told me that in Iquitos the people tell him to taste juane,cecina y Trucha and he said it was very delicious but there was something missing. Years later he went to USA where he realize what was missing in Iquitos the meat. That's why he decided to fuse the best of each place and build a restaurant in Lima.
How it became in the best restaurant
My grandfather had to stop this proccess due to many problems such as COVID-19, politic-economic instability and terrorism but he conitued no matter what, now he is being supported by all my family and as co-partner he has his brother Coco. Months later he had a review by a famous critic blog in which they reccomend it very well and a lot of people started going.
